How much impact can a persons attitude have on their mental health? Today I’m talking with Aneela Rose, Managing Director of Rose Media Group. In 2018 she broke 2 British powerlifting records. She believes her success has been built on her relentless growth attitude and trust in others.

Aneela Rose’s bio

Aneela Rose is a multi-award winning PR and Marketing agency owner, public speaker and World and British Powerlifting Champion who has broken down barriers, faced her weaknesses and overcome challenges to succeed and inspire others at all levels within business and outside of the workplace.

Adopting a growth mindset four years ago changed her life, both professionally and personally, she is a nurturing and supportive leader, who shares knowledge and encourages everyone she meets to go beyond the expectations set by others and by yourself. She reminds people to ‘like yourself’ and ‘to keep that promise to yourself even on tough days as you’ll come out stronger.”

Her growth mantras include; “It always seems impossible until it’s done” and “To achieve what you have never achieved, you must do what you have never done” are recited daily and laminated in her office and home!
