Are we staying connected?

This episode is the perfect companion to this month’s Mind Shift Forum question, “How comfortable are you in your own skin?” Danny spoke with me back in Season 1 and he gives some amazing insights into how he's learnt to listen to his body and stay connected with friends. I hope you enjoy this conversation.

From the original episode description:

Danny studied at the Manchester School of Theatre and has been an Actor for the past 10 years. During this time Danny has starred in a number of TV shows including Eastenders, DCI Banks, Primeval, Vera and Citizen Khan. When he was 13 his mother was diagnosed with bi-polar and In 2012, after a series of unfortunate events, Danny himself had a mental health breakdown. This sparked his curiosity into the subject and his desire to turn his personal experience into something positive that can help and enable others.

He is passionate about Mental Health and removing the stigma that so often surrounds it.

Danny talks openly about his own experiences, shares his insights and hopes to open up conversations around the importance of good health and wellbeing in and out of the workplace.

*Rebroadcast: Due to time and other commitments, I’ve paused the creation of new Mentality Meets episodes. However, through these rebroadcasts, I want to highlight some incredible previous episodes. There is some brilliant content and insight in the archives.
