Adult MHFA Aware: what you will learn
A four-hour MHFA England introduction to mental health for whole teams.
Mental Health Aware builds a shared foundation across a workforce, so that more people understand mental health, notice when someone is struggling and feel able to talk about it. I'm Peter Larkum, an award-winning MHFA England Instructor Member. I've been teaching Mental Health First Aid since 2009.
