Mental Health Skills for Managers: what you will learn
A practical four-hour MHFA England course for people who manage others.
Around a third of managers say they feel out of their depth supporting a team member with their mental health. This course turns good intentions into practical skills you can use on Monday morning. I'm Peter Larkum, an award-winning MHFA England Instructor Member. I've been teaching Mental Health First Aid since 2009.
