MHFA Refresher: what you will learn
A four-hour course that renews your MHFAider® certification for another three years.
Like physical first aid, mental health first aid skills fade without practice. The Refresher brings your knowledge up to date and gives you a safe space to practise again with other MHFAiders. I'm Peter Larkum, an award-winning MHFA England Instructor Member. I've been teaching Mental Health First Aid since 2009.
