Angela Samata—Hope in Bereavement (Rebroadcast)

Where is hope when someone close to you takes their life?

As the world has been slowly returning to a more ‘normal’ sense of normality, I’ve been assessing the best next steps for Mentality Meets. Due to time and other commitments, I’m pausing the creation of new episodes. However I do want to draw back to previous episodes as there is still a lot of great content and insight.

This year’s theme is hope, so we're jumping all the way back to Season 1, Episode 1 where I talk with Angela Samata. In this episode, Angela shows us there is hope, even if we’ve experience the death of a loved one by suicide. It’s not the style of Mentality Meets you’ll be used to, but I hope you still enjoy it.
