Ben Jones—The Story of Hopelessness

Have you ever lost all hope? I’ve never been through a time of total despair or complete hopelessness. Yet this is how some people can feel a lot of the time. My question today is what do I do to better support someone who feels hopeless? Having been there, gone through it, and come out the other side, I thought Ben would be a good person to ask. In this session we will also be looking at realistic timeframes for recovery. Are we talking days, weeks, months or years? What does recovery even look like?
