Henry Johnstone—Hope & Healing

Our body has the power to heal itself… but can the mind? For those suffering with mental health illnesses, I have a lot of hope for improving our mental wellbeing… but what about healing? In this episode we push it further than learning to live with mental health illnesses and explore the path to being healed.

Henry Johnstone works by helping people realign the connections in their subconscious mind — which, in many cases, has allowed his clients to heal from anxiety and depression. In this episode, he shares about the power and release that healing in the mind can bring people.
