Sam Griffith’s bio

Sam is “the business health coach”, soon-to-be-author, and an advocate for keeping you healthy and in business.

It can be a lonely, roller coaster ride, working for yourself.

After starting his career in the health and fitness industry eight years ago off the back of a crushing burnout, he is no stranger to the mental health challenges that come from owning a business. He shares his passion for helping others develop that elusive “work life balance”, self care mentality, on minimum time.
